RECREATIONAL CLASSES

Advantage offers recreational programs for all levels. We develop our classes and competitive teams based on decades of experience prioritizing the growth and development of children. We believe in creating a safe environment, cultivating sportsmanship, challenging our athletes to be their best and helping them fight through adversity. Keeping it fun is what we do. We have a class for everyone.

Advantage for All

Tailored to be inclusive and supportive for children with unique needs. We work on boosting confidence and self expression. It contributes to enhanced physical awareness and coordination through fun and engaging activities. The class sizes are small for optimal support.

Advantage Ninja

Advantage Ninja combines obstacle training, gymnastics and freestyle movement. In addition to these skills, our curriculum also teaches confidence, self-control and teamwork. Most importantly, your kids will learn all of this while having a blast. All Ninja programs are co-ed.

Tiny Gym | Drop In

Advantage offers Tiny Gym programs for kids as young as 4 months old until they’re walking. Our curriculum begins with parent-child classes, as well as open gyms and playgrounds.

Tumbling & Trampoline

Athletes in this age based program will learn basic tumbling skills, including positions, drills, hurdles, rolls and basic support skills like cartwheels and handstands. They will also learn proper falling and landing techniques, safe jumping and fundamental trampoline jumps and skills. Flexibility, strength and coordination are also developed for a higher level of learning.

Preschool

Advantage offers preschool programs for kids walking through 4 years old. Our preschool curriculum begins with parent-child classes, including Baby Gym and Tumble Tots. Kids who are ready for an independent class will join the age-appropriate preschool class. All of our preschool programs are coed.

Girl’s Recreational

Advantage Gymnastics provides gymnastics instruction to girls of all ages. Beginning at 5 years old, girls in our gymnastics classes will be introduced to all 4 events in Women’s Gymnastics. We also have developmental and pre-team options for those families who are considering competitive gymnastics.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS

Advantage offers girl’s competitive programs for all levels, with multiple pathways for each athlete to reach their goals. All teams are coach referred and require a tryout or evaluation.
